How to get a referral to see the audiologist or an ENT specialist:
- Make an appointment with your child’s Pediatrician or Primary Care Physician (PCP)
- Share your child’s hearing screening “refer” or “fail” results with the Pediatrician or PCP
- Ask your child’s Pediatrician or PCP for a referral to the audiologist or ENT specialist

Military dependents can call the United States Naval Hospital Audiology Department for further audiologist assistance. For ENT specialists, you can contact the United States Naval Hospital Ear, Nose, and Throat Department.
